The most common treatment is laser surgery.

The most favourite are NeoLASIK and NeoLASIK HD surgery that creates the protective layer in the form of corneal flap by means of femtosecond laser, without using any sharp instruments. These types of surgery are chosen by 96% of our patients. Especially by those who prefer the highest quality, comfort and safety.

To patients demanding a reasonable compromise between the price and quality we offer a proven solution in the form of LASIK and SBK methods. This surgery creates the protective layer in the form of corneal flap by means of mechanical microkeratome with a oscilating micro-blade. It provides a stable result. It is less suitable for patients with a thin cornea, higher prescriptions and increased demands on twilight and night vision.

To patients for whom price is the most important factor, we offer the PRK method. This surgery has been validated in millions of satisfied patients. The disadvantage is longer healing time connected with a higher level of difficulties and lower stability of the disorder. The surgery is suitable for a low degree of short-sightedness. It is not suitable for plus disorders (long-sightedness), astigmatism and rapidly progressive disorders.

Non-laser surgery can be more suitable for patients with more serious disorders, for elder patients and for patients whose main problem is reading glasses.
ICL implantation is a perfect solution for patients under 40 with prescriptions beyond the scope of laser surgery or with a thin cornea.

We recommend so-called RLE lens refractive exchange to patients over 40 with prescriptions beyond the scope of laser surgery.

If the main priority of the patient is to remove glasses to see up close, we sometimes prefer the PRELEX method, which is refractive lens exchange combined with multifocal intraocular lens implantation.
